2020 Ladies Top 10 - Entries are Now Open.This is the 2nd year of the ladies competition that is open to all lady members of a Bowls Scotland clubs. Teams can be made up of player from different clubs or club teams.Matches are held at weekends so it more accessible to all bowlers. Player are usually divided into 4 areas or regions and a draw takes place once all entries are in.
All entries must be in by Friday 15th May 2020 with a cost of £50 per team. 1 game will be played in each round accessible for both teams.
The semis and finals will be at the Ayr National Centre for Bowling, Ayr on the 13th September. The4 section winners will play semi-and finals and finals, and the lucky 2 winners of the semi going to the final. Winners will get £300, Runner-Ups £200, the Losing Semi bowlers getting £150. the 4 teams will all receive medals. The with the winners will receive the National Top 10 trophy.

Basics. The object of the of bowls is simple. It is played on grass outdoors -lawn bowls or on a carpet indoors . The playing area is usually divided into lanes or rinks.
